Who needs emergency dentist?
Anyone with toothache that wakes them at night, swelling in the face, gums or jaw, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or bleeding that will not stop.
Swelling with fever, trouble swallowing or breathing is a medical emergency. Go to the nearest hospital immediately.
- Quick advice by phone or WhatsApp
- Pain relief and treatment for urgent problems
- A clear plan for any follow-up care
How the procedure works
- 1Call or WhatsApp the clinic and describe the problem and how long it has lasted.
- 2We advise whether you should come in during opening hours or seek urgent care.
- 3We examine the tooth, take an X-ray if needed and relieve the pain.
- 4We agree on the next steps, such as root canal treatment, a filling or an extraction.
Pain and recovery
Pain is treated as the first priority. Some treatments, such as a root canal, can then be done comfortably under local anaesthesia.
Recovery depends on the problem. We give written aftercare advice for every urgent visit.
Price range
Urgent visits are priced after the examination, based on what the tooth needs. Ask us on WhatsApp for the current guide.
See how pricing works on our prices overview.
Before and after care
- Take pain relief only as advised, and do not use aspirin directly on the gum.
- Keep the area clean and avoid very hot or hard food until it is treated.
- Book the follow-up visit we agree on, so the problem is fully resolved.
Frequently asked questions
What should I do if a permanent tooth is knocked out?
Hold it by the crown, rinse it gently, and try to put it back in the socket or keep it in milk. Contact us straight away, because the chance of saving it is best within the first hour.
Is there a dentist open in the evening in Multan?
Our clinic is open in the evening, Monday to Thursday and on Saturday, from 5:30 PM. Check the hours on our contact page, or message us on WhatsApp.
When should I go to hospital instead of the dentist?
Go to hospital immediately if facial swelling affects your breathing or swallowing, or if you have a high fever with severe swelling.
Can you treat severe toothache the same day?
We try to see urgent cases as quickly as we can. Message or call us, describe your symptoms, and we will advise the fastest option.
Do you see children in an emergency?
Yes. Tell us the child's age and symptoms when you call, so we can advise on the safest next step.
