Dentures Price in Pakistan: Types Compared
Denture prices in Pakistan depend on whether the denture is full or partial, how many fittings it needs, and whether it is supported by implants.
This guide relates to our dentures treatment.
Why denture prices vary
Dentures are priced per arch, after the consultation, because each one is made for the mouth it will sit in. The dentures we make in Multan differ in type, material and the number of fitting visits needed.
We do not publish a denture figure here. The exact cost is confirmed after your consultation.
The types and what they change
A full denture replaces all the teeth in one jaw. A partial denture replaces some teeth and clips onto the natural teeth around the gap. An immediate denture can be fitted on the day teeth are removed, in some cases. An implant-supported denture is held by implants, which adds the cost of surgery.
Fittings, adjustments and relines
Dentures usually need several fitting visits, including impressions, a wax trial, the fitting and adjustments. Gums and jaw change over time, so a denture may need relining or replacing later. NHS guidance says dentures may become loose as the gums and jawbone shrink or change shape with age.
Comparing quotes
Check whether the quote includes the trial, the fitting visits, the adjustments and any relining in the first year. A quote that covers only the denture itself is not comparable with a full plan.
What changes the cost of dentures
The table lists the factors in a denture quote. Dentures are priced per arch, so the type and the number of teeth both change the plan.
| Factor | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Full or partial | A full denture replaces all the teeth in one jaw, a partial replaces some |
| Number of teeth | More teeth replaced means more work and materials |
| Material and teeth | The denture material and the teeth chosen are part of the plan |
| Fitting visits | Impressions, a wax trial, the fitting and adjustments are part of the plan |
| Relines or repairs | Needed later as the gums and jaw change |
| Implant option | An implant-supported denture adds the cost of surgery |
What to expect at each fitting
The first visit takes impressions of the gums and jaw, and chooses the colour and shape of the teeth. A wax trial lets us check the bite and the look before the final denture is made.
At the fitting, we check comfort and the bite, and make adjustments. Follow-up visits keep the denture comfortable while the fit settles.
Questions to ask before you agree a denture plan
Ask whether the quote includes the impressions, the trial, the fitting and the adjustments, or only the denture itself. A plan that covers the whole process is easier to compare with another clinic's plan.
Ask what happens if the denture needs relining in the first year, and whether that is included. Ask which material is used for the base and the teeth, and how long you can expect the denture to last with care, according to the guidance we give you.
Ask whether an implant-supported option is suitable for you, and what it would involve. Then compare the options on comfort, eating, cleaning and the number of visits, not only on the first quote.
Send a photo or X-ray on WhatsApp — we'll tell you what treatment you're likely to need and give you a clear quote before any work starts.

Frequently asked questions
Is a partial denture cheaper than a full one?
It depends on the number of teeth replaced and the work needed. A partial denture covers fewer teeth, but the quote depends on the plan, so we confirm it at consultation.
Do I pay again when my denture needs relining?
That depends on the plan and how long ago the denture was fitted. Ask us to show what is included in your quote.
Is an implant-supported denture much more expensive?
It is priced differently, because it includes implant surgery and healing. The comparison is best made with a written plan for each option.
Can I get a denture on the day of extraction?
In some cases an immediate denture can be fitted. We advise on whether it suits you during the consultation.
Why does my denture click?
Clicking can come from a loose fit or worn teeth. Contact us so we can check it rather than adjusting it yourself.
How long does it take to get used to a denture?
Most people adjust over several weeks, and small changes may be needed during that time. Practising with soft foods helps.
