Braces Price in Pakistan: Metal, Ceramic and Clear Options Compared
Braces prices in Pakistan depend on the type of brace, the bite and the length of treatment. Here is what each choice changes and how to compare quotes.
This guide relates to our braces treatment.
Why braces cost what they do
The braces treatment in Multan is planned after an orthodontic assessment, so the price depends on your bite and on the type of appliance. A plan for a mild crowding problem is different from a plan that needs teeth moved over a long distance.
We do not publish a braces figure in this article. The price is confirmed after the assessment, when we have the photographs, X-rays and impressions we need to plan the treatment properly.
The types of brace and what they change
Metal braces use stainless steel brackets and wires. They are strong and suitable for a wide range of problems, and they are the most visible option.
Ceramic braces use tooth-coloured brackets. They blend in more than metal, and the choice affects the appliance cost. Self-ligating braces hold the wire with a built-in clip instead of elastic ties, and whether they suit you depends on the bite.
Clear aligners are a different kind of treatment. They are removable trays rather than fixed braces, and their cost depends on the number of trays and the complexity of the plan. MouthHealthy notes that removable aligners should only be used under the direct supervision of a dentist or orthodontist.
The length of treatment
Treatment length is one of the biggest cost factors. MouthHealthy reports that most people spend one to three years in treatment, followed by a period of wearing a retainer. Adjustments usually happen every four to six weeks during active treatment.
A longer plan means more adjustment visits, and that is reflected in the quote. Ask how many adjustments are included and what happens if treatment runs longer than planned.
What a braces plan should include
A good plan lists the assessment, the appliance, the number of adjustments, any extractions or appliances such as a spacer, the retainer after treatment, and what happens if a bracket comes loose between visits.
Compare quotes line by line. A low figure that leaves out the retainer or the adjustments is not comparable with a full plan.
Getting an initial opinion
You can send photos of your teeth or a recent X-ray on WhatsApp and tell us what you want to change. We will give an initial opinion on the type of braces that might suit you, and the exact cost is confirmed after the assessment.
What changes the cost of braces
The table lists the main factors in a braces plan. Each one can change the number of visits, the appliance, or the time needed, so it is reflected in the quote after your assessment.
| Factor | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Type of brace | Metal, ceramic and self-ligating brackets are priced differently |
| Bite complexity | More teeth moving, or more complex movement, adds time and visits |
| Length of treatment | Longer treatment means more adjustments over more months |
| Extractions or appliances | Extra visits and any appliance such as a spacer are added |
| Retainer | Should be listed separately on the plan |
| Urgent visits | Ask whether unplanned visits, such as for a loose bracket, are included |
What to expect at each visit
Fitting usually takes one to two hours, after the assessment and X-rays. Adjustments usually take 20 to 30 minutes and come about every four to six weeks, when the wire is changed or tightened.
Teeth are often sore for three to five days after fitting and after each adjustment. Soft food and simple pain relief help during that time, and we advise on what to eat.
Send a photo or X-ray on WhatsApp — we'll tell you what treatment you're likely to need and give you a clear quote before any work starts.

Frequently asked questions
Which braces are the cheapest?
There is no single answer, because the cost depends on the bite and the length of treatment as well as the appliance. The assessment shows which type suits you and what it would cost.
Are ceramic braces more expensive than metal?
They are priced differently, because the brackets are different. The total depends on the plan, so we confirm the difference in your quote.
Does the price include the retainer?
It should be listed on the plan. Ask us to show the retainer as a separate line, so you know what is included.
Do I pay for every adjustment separately?
Ask us to show what is included in your plan, including adjustments and any urgent visits, before you agree to it.
What happens if treatment takes longer than planned?
Ask at your consultation how additional time is handled. It depends on the plan and the reason for the delay.
Why are adjustments needed?
Each adjustment moves the teeth gradually towards the planned position, so regular visits keep treatment on track.
