Dental Implant Cost in Pakistan: What Affects the Price
Implant costs in Pakistan depend on the scans, the bone and the crown. Here is what changes the price and what a written plan should show.
This guide relates to our dental implants treatment.
Why there is no single price for implants
A dental implant in Multan is planned around your mouth, not sold as a fixed package. Two people may need the same tooth replaced and still need very different plans, because the bone, the gums and the teeth next to the gap all differ.
For that reason this article does not give a figure. A number quoted without an examination and scan would be a guess. The cost is confirmed after your consultation, once the scans have been checked and the plan is agreed with you.
What changes the cost
The number of implants is the first factor. One missing tooth needs one implant and one crown. Several missing teeth can be replaced with several implants, or with a bridge supported by implants, and each option has a different cost.
Bone condition is the second. If there is not enough bone to hold an implant, a bone graft or a sinus lift may be needed first. Both add treatment and time, so they appear as separate lines in a plan.
Extraction of a damaged tooth can be needed before the implant goes in. Crown material is the third factor. Zirconia and porcelain fused to metal are common choices, and they are priced differently. Scans, the surgical plan, follow-up visits and any temporary tooth during healing complete the list.
What a written plan should show
A clear plan lists each stage on its own line: the scan, the implant, any bone work, the crown, and the follow-up visits. It also says what is not included, such as a graft that is only needed if the scan shows bone loss.
When you compare quotes from different clinics, check that they cover the same things. A quote that leaves out the crown or the follow-up visits is not comparable with one that includes them.
Cost compared with how long the treatment lasts
The cheapest option is not always the one that costs least over time. Hospital guidance reports that about 90% of implants placed 10 years ago are still present and functional, according to a Leeds NHS leaflet. Other options need replacing or relining at different points, which adds their own cost over the years.
Dentures and bridges have their own lifespans. A bridge that lasts 10 years or longer is reported for about 80% of cases, according to the Leeds guidance on bridges. The right comparison includes how long each option is likely to last with care, not just the first price.
How to get an initial opinion
You can send a photo of your teeth or a recent X-ray on WhatsApp, and tell us which tooth you are considering. We will give an initial opinion and explain what a full examination would involve. The cost is confirmed after that examination, not before.
Send a photo or X-ray on WhatsApp — we'll tell you what treatment you're likely to need and give you a clear quote before any work starts.

Frequently asked questions
Why can two quotes for implants differ so much?
The number of implants, the bone, the crown material and the extra steps such as grafts all change the plan. Compare quotes line by line, and ask what each one includes.
Can I get an exact cost without visiting the clinic?
An initial opinion can be given from an X-ray or photos, but the exact cost is confirmed after a full examination and scan.
What should be on an implant plan?
The scan, the implant, any bone work, the crown and the follow-up visits, each on its own line, plus a note of anything that is not included.
