How to Book a Dentist Appointment in Multan
Booking a dentist in Multan takes a minute on WhatsApp, by phone or through our website. Here is what to include and what happens next.
This guide relates to our checkups & cleaning treatment.
What are the ways to book?
You can book on WhatsApp, by calling the clinic, or through the booking form on our website. WhatsApp is the quickest for most people, because you can send a short message and get a reply during opening hours.
The booking form asks for your name, a mobile number, the treatment you need, a preferred date and time, and any message you want us to know. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday and on Saturday, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and we are closed on Fridays.
What should my WhatsApp message include?
Include your name, the treatment or problem you want to discuss, the date and time that suit you, and whether the visit is for a child. If it is urgent, say so at the start of the message, so we can reply quickly.
A short example is: name, the treatment, two possible times, and whether you have any pain. This helps us plan the right appointment length.
What happens after I book?
After you send your request, the clinic team replies to confirm the time, or suggests the nearest free option if the time you asked for is not available. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change the time, so another patient can use the slot.
Arrive a few minutes early if you can, especially for your first visit, so that the forms and history can be completed without rushing.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Contact the clinic as soon as you know you cannot attend. A short notice helps us offer the time to someone else. If you are unable to come because of an urgent dental problem, tell us and we will try to see you as soon as possible.
How do I know the cost before my visit?
The cost of most treatments is confirmed after the examination, because each case is different. You can ask us on WhatsApp before you book what a check-up includes, and the prices page lists the treatments we offer.
